Perusing the 'Quality' site provides enough indications of how eager Tom and Kevin are to pile up the bucks. McCarthy and Holthus Thomas Holthus Fraudulent and illegal foreclosure practices - sue them! San Diego, California

McCarthy and Holthus also known as Quality Loan Service Corp. has done many illegal foreclosures. I requested my paperwork from them showing that they foreclosed lawfully, and found INCREDIBLE errors in their paperwork. Not only were some pages not signed, but many notices weren't even sent to the right address, nor did they follow state mandated guidelines on foreclosure mediation, etc. I mean these people really take the cake!!!

I even contacted them about the issues, and I got one response...After that, they realized they had some major problems and stopped returning phone calls, etc. including their general counsel, Joshua Wilmeyer.

I am planning to file a lawsuit against them very soon. Also setting up many domain names and blogs so others can participate in exposing them and sending these people where they belong.
